Robert Hopkins

Commercial Property Management

Robert Hopkins is a native of South Carolina, where he started his Property Management career over 12 years ago after graduating from Clemson University with a degree in marketing. At Clemson, Robert began his management career by overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small management company specializing in off-campus housing.

Over the course of his career, Robert has experience managing many different real estate assets including commercial, multi-family, student housing, and community associations.

In 2006, Robert moved to Atlanta and worked in the multi-family industry with Post Properties, Inc. In the fall of 2012, Robert joined Vantage where he currently oversees Vantage Commercial Management LLC which includes retail, office, and mixed-use commercial spaces.

Robert is an active member of CAI, BOMA, and AYREP and has a passion for working with non-profits including City of Refuge. In his spare time, Robert loves to run, play golf and tennis, and especially loves heading up to the lake. Robert lives in Oakhurst with his girlfriend Ashley, their dog Banks and their latest foster dog.
