Tenant Representation

Bridget Goodman is a member of Vantage Realty Partner’s brokerage team who has been active in Atlanta Real Estate for nearly a decade. 

Since joining Vantage Realty Partners in 2015, Bridget has represented commercial tenants, buyers, and property owners. She has a strong command of commercial real estate transactions and is experienced in helping clients with a wide variety of commercial real estate services. 

As a retail leasing representative, Bridget specializes in tenant representation. Her current and previous assignments include tenant representation of restaurant, retail, and creative loft office clients and landlord representation of retail mixed-use, new development, and historic rehabilitation projects. From 2015 - 2020, Bridget was simultaneously a commercial property manager under the Vantage management division while also gaining experience assisting with the development and investment divisions.

Prior to working at Vantage Realty Partners, Bridget began her real estate career with a boutique property management company. Bridget specialized in landlord representation, luxury rentals, and managed a portfolio of over 120 individual clients and single-family residences.

An Atlanta native, Bridget grew up in Inman Park, danced pre-professionally with the Atlanta Ballet, and graduated from The Paideia School. Bridget went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Georgia. Bridget and her fiancé Thomas live in O4W with their two dogs, Rolo and Teddy, that they adopted from the Atlanta Humane Society. She is also a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and an event organizer with the Dirty South Yoga Festival.
