Ben Rosenberg, CCIM

Ben Rosenberg is an Atlanta native and graduate of The George Washington University. For ten years, Ben has represented commercial tenants, buyers, property owners, and investors throughout metro Atlanta, with a focus on industrial, office, and adaptive reuse projects.  Ben works strategically with clients to understand market trends and to make better commercial real estate decisions.  Areas of expertise include: site selection, purchase and sale negotiation, lease negotiation, cash-flow analysis, market analysis, and a strong understanding of intown sub-markets. 

Previous assignments have included multiple acquisitions in Atlanta’s Ottley/Armour District on behalf of CineMassive Displays, the sale of Woodward Academy’s bus maintenance and dispatch facility in College Park, and tenant representation on behalf of Wild Heaven Beer, Scofflaw Brewing Co., and Orpheus Brewing.  Other clients have included Metro Alloys, Independent Distilling, PixHouse, and FilmTribe.

Ben is a member of Georgia CCIM Chapter, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Young Commercial Board of Realtors and serves on the Board of Ort America – Atlanta Region, an organization devoted to providing STEM education and vocational training to students throughout the world.  Ben and his wife Annie live in the East Lake neighborhood with their son and daughter.
